Cancellation Policy

MULTISTAR BOOKS LTD understands that customers may sometimes need to cancel an order.

1. Cancelling Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order where it has not yet entered the dispatch process.

However, submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee that an order can be stopped, particularly where the order has already been processed or dispatched.

2. Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel the shipment before delivery.

Where applicable, customers may exercise their statutory cancellation rights after receiving the goods by following our Returns & Refund Policy.

3. Statutory Cancellation Rights

For most goods purchased online, UK consumers generally have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any statutory consumer rights.

4. Refunds Following Cancellation

Where a cancellation is valid and a refund is due, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable law and our Returns & Refund Policy.

Where required, refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
